DO NOT USE! I’ve set up three different appointments for them to come out. Prepaid for the service and on the third “no-show” they have broke all communications with me and refuse to answer any of my calls, texts, etc.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. My husband and I were gifted a Groupon for his company to have our vehicle detailed. We called on April 15th and set up an appointment for the end of the month. After the first no show, we called back and reset up an appointment for May 19th. We called him the day prior to confirm our appointment . He said nothing was on his schedule. At this point, I decided to get involved and sent him a text message and spoke with him and set up a THIRD appointment for today Wednesday the 22nd. And you guessed it… no show. He now claims we never gave him our address. We have phone records and text messages showing dates and times when we spoke with him and showing that we sent him our address. I have contacted Groupon for a refund and will be reporting his business for fraud. You can see in other reviews, this has happened to multiple people not just us.

I accidentally left a window open on a night that it stormed and the rain went into my car. I was worried about mold and odor. My sister helped me find a Groupon but she did not read any reviews. I called the number and he squeezed me into his schedule. I thought they would do a thorough job if I was going to pay $250 in total. I was a bit sad with their work. I love my car a lot and take care of it. They removed my driver seat and when putting it back in scratch the inside paint and the sticker with the tire psi numbers. They sprayed too much of the wax and it was on the inside of the windshield. It’s sticky and I know that a little goes a long way. He quoted my sister’s car $150 for interior and exterior. I only had interior and I paid $250. I wished they took their time and were thorough with cleaning the interior of my car. If I paid more for the interior that what my sister was quoted then it should have been worth it and I wouldn’t have to do anything. For the past day I’ve been checking my car. So many details missed. Still had a lot of areas not clean and I’ve been doing it myself. With the amount I paid, he should have been more detail oriented. Also I did not know that he

Very unprofessional outfit. They don't return voicemails or emails. He texted at the time of my appointment that he would be finished with another appointment in 20 minutes and then would be enroute to me. They started 45 minutes after they said they would. My car is clean, but it was a lot of hassle. I'm glad I only paid them a little bit through the Groupon.

The work done was fabulous. I had a Mercedes that someone smoked in and had to get rid of the smoke and took it here. The experience and quality of work is more than satisfactory! I’m planning to use this service on all my cars regularly!! Once you get past the storefront, the value and quality will make you happy!!
